Sensi-Buell’s Monitor interfaces allows operators to track and maintain our machines. At a glance, we are able to determine which machines need machine maintenance, tooling maintenance, or require SPC data collection. 

 

 

 

 

Sensi-Buell’s Tooling interface allows operators to track and maintain machine tooling. Operators are notified which tooling requires maintenance. And should the tool exceed the maximum tool life, the machine is shutdown until tool maintenance is performed.
