Precision Turning and CNC/Swiss Machining

Since 2010, we’ve been pushing the limits of what Swiss turning can do. If you need small, complex parts with tight tolerances and smooth finishes, this is where we shine.

Swiss Turning Advantages:

While we don’t mill in-house, we’ve built strong partnerships with trusted specialists who do. When you need milling (whether it’s 3-axis, 4-axis, or complex contouring), we make sure it’s done right.

Turning, however, is all ours.

  • CNC Lathes: Handle diameters up to 2″ with precision.

Knurling

We provide precision knurling services to create functional grip patterns or decorative finishes on machined components. Our capabilities include:

Threading

Threads might seem simple, but getting them right is an art.

  • Internal Threading (cut tapping for clean threads, form tapping for strength).
  • External Threading (cut for appearance, rolled for durability).
  • Thread Milling (ideal for large or hard-to-machine materials).

Coolant-Through Deep Hole Drilling

Drilling deep, straight holes isn’t easy, unless you’ve got the right setup. Our coolant-through (CT) drilling pushes high-pressure coolant directly to the cutting edge, keeping things cool and clearing chips efficiently.

Why CT Drilling?

  • Single-Pass Operation: No need for multiple drills or reaming.
  • Precision & Straightness: Achieves depth-to-diameter ratios of 6:1 or greater.
  • Works in Tough Materials: Steel, stainless, brass, no problem.

Common applications include fuel injectors, hydraulic fittings, and compression limiters.
